I became a Trainer and Yoga Instructor in 2017
Why should anyone join your class?
I believe that there should be no compromise when it comes to our health. Feeling good and being happy shouldn’t be a luxury, it should be a priority! I was encouraged at a young age by my mother to focus on my health and have learned that the secret to happiness is having a clear, controlled and healthy mind that works in synergy with the body. Less stress equals happiness. Now you decide how you want to live your life in this one body. There is no better time than the present!
What do your classes look like?
Classes will begin with warm ups followed up with some muscle activation. And then, the fun begins… Each exercise in a routine will be adjusted based on fitness level. Every week will build upon the last, and participants will be able to see and feel the progression.
What should people bring?
Running shoes, yoga mat, a set of weights and a bottle of water. Dress in layers when it’s cold … And most importantly, give it 100%!
