What kind of a trainer are you?
I am a dedicated, energetic trainer with an eye for the small details to help you get the most out of your workout.
When did you become a trainer?
The thought first came to mind as I was taking fitness courses in high school, since then I have stepped in for other trainers and I am now Survivor Fitness’ newest addition.
Why should anyone join your class?
To get fit while enjoying your workout and have motivation every step of the way.
What do your classes look like?
All exercises are made to suit every fitness level, no two classes will be the same. Expect to work hard and have fun!
What should people bring?
Please bring weights (5 lbs +), a yoga mat, and water.

We’ve got a great under cover section at Kilmer Elementary for those rainy days to keep you dry and fields for the sunny ones.
