This is me 12 months ago and today. I’ve lost 35 lbs and was very dedicated! I worked out 4-6 times a week, cut out gluten and dairy (my body rejected both), watched my portions, drank lots of water and ate less sugar. I did it for my mental health and the physical part followed!

Adrian is a busy Father of 2. Can you believe he lost 24 lbs in only 6 weeks? (Yes .. it’s always the men!) Not only did his cardio level increase but he gained muscle and definition! Way to go Adrian looks like all those deadlifts and kettlebell swings paid off!… Read the rest
When I started bootcamp I could barely run 1 block. I wasn’t sure if I could keep up or not. After a month I lost 7lbs and was HOOKED! I am only a few pounds away from my 50 lb goal! I just ran my first 10K (in 52 minutes!). I did the Grind for the first time ever a few weeks ago (and really enjoyed it)
