When did you become a trainer?
I became a certified group fitness instructor through BCRPA in 2015. I have been physically active most of my life. I love playing tennis and running. I have completed eight half marathons and seven full marathons, including Boston and New York.
Why should anyone join your class?
I am committed in helping you become physically fit and living life to it’s full.
What do your classes look like?
Classes vary day by day. No two workouts are ever the same. All fitness levels will be accommodated.
What should people bring?
You will need a yoga mat and weights. 5 lbs + for women 8 lbs + for men. Bring plenty of water, a towel and dress in layers.

I will go over the class outline on the first day. We will also take measurements.
