Survivor Bootcamp is an outdoor fitness company whose main goal is to help you get fit, reach your goals, improve your health and get you the results you want! Our bootcamps run every 4 weeks all year, rain or shine, at 8 different locations in BC and 1 in Alberta. Our classes are for anyone who wants to improve their quality of life and get results. Age and athletic ability do not matter. Our program is designed to be fun and challenging and to push you to YOUR next level. Experience it for yourself…. WE KICK BUTT… YOURS!
On the first day of bootcamp, your trainer will take your measurements. It’s important to do these so you can measure your progress along the way. You will also need a yoga mat and a set of weights.( 5lbs + for ladies, 8 lbs + for men) An average class size consists of 12 people and fitness levels will vary. Don’t worry if you are unfit or even super fit, we will accommodate everyone! Classes vary day by day and we try to change it up as much as we can. Equipment such as kettlebells, battleropes, bosu & medicine balls etc. are used during some classes. Make sure you wear proper footwear and bring a bottle of water. We have been doing this since 2003 and pride ourselves in being knowledgeable in the industry. (After all, we did win the ‘best bootcamp’ award 12 years in a row!) Are you finding it difficult to fit exercise into your day? Then let us come to you! Did you know that only 20 minutes of exercise each day can boost your mood for 12 hours? Who wouldn’t want that! Get a group of at least 6 together and we will come to your workplace/location and kick your butts!
Accountability and work challenges are a great way to stay fit and utilize your time wisely! Just call or email us and we will direct you to the trainer in your area!
Working out with your co-workers is a great way to get to know each other and build relationships to help improve your working environment. It’s also a great way to make improvements in your overall physical appearance and well-being. You’ll feel more energized in your everyday life, and will look and feel more confident about your body.
Bridal Bootcamp is offered in small group private sessions at a location of your choice. If participant minimum for private sessions cannot be met we will honor bridal prices at any existing location with 4 or more people. We recommend starting your program at the very least 6 weeks before your wedding date. Have your closest friends and family join you on a journey.
