Squats and Lunges … necessary evils!

If you’ve been in any Survivor Bootcamp session, you’ve definitely been exposed to both squats and lunges, the quintessential leg exercises. While you undoubtedly hate one of these two movements (especially when they become part of a compound exercise – like the squat parI stock 3 febt in a burpee), both squats and lunges are ideal for building leg strength!

Natasha 30 lbs down – Vancouver, BC

NatashaI just ran my first 10K (in 52 minutes!). I did the Grind for the first time ever a few weeks ago (and really enjoyed it)
I started Bootcamp with Daniela in 2012. I weighed 30 pounds more and I couldn’t run 2 blocks even if chased [especially not up a hill 😉 ]. I felt like I might die or at the very least pass out during my first class.… Read the rest
