Survivor Bootcamp is the ultimate group fitness training experience. We offer 1 hour of training a day – either 2, 3 or 5 days a week – for 4 weeks. Each week consists of weight and circuit training, cardio, jogging and tons of FUN! We aim to motivate and encourage through positive reinforcement and feedback.

When I joined Survivor Bootcamp, I was 50 lbs over weight and out of shape. After only a couple of months I saw a huge difference in myself. These are my ‘wedding ‘ pants I wore on the day when I got married. I am now 50 lbs lighter and feel amazing!
