At Survivor Bootcamp, registrations are completed online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cheques (made payable to Survivor Bootcamp). If you choose to pay by cheque be sure to mail your cheque or bring a cheque to your first class, whichever is first. Failure to do so, may result in your removal from the class.
At Survivor Bootcamp we do not do cash refunds. However, if you are to miss classes and you make PRIOR arrangements, you will be allowed to make up the class. Make up class(es) will be granted to participants within their bootcamp session. In the event you are not able to complete the program due to a medical condition, you will be given a credit for the remainder of the session to use within the year.

Survivor Bootcamp
Survivor Bootcamp is an outdoor fitness company whose main goal is to help you lose weight, gain muscle, improve endurance and get results. Our program is four weeks in BC and Ontario and we meet either 3 or 5 days a week. In Alberta, the program is 6 weeks and clients go either 2,3 or 5 days a week. Our instructors are all certified personal trainers, so you get the quality and fun training you need.
Survivor Bootcamp is for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and get results. Age and athletic ability do not matter. Our program is designed to be fun and challenging and to push you to YOUR next level. Experience it for yourself.

We’ll tell you from the start, this is going to be difficult. Our program is designed to push you to the next level and we tailor it to your needs. We expect you to give 100% at all times and participate to your fullest ability. We work in a team setting that offers support and encouragement, but everyone is pushed to their personal fitness level.

Classes at Survivor Bootcamp are offered at many different times at locations all over Canada. We offer classes as early as 5:30 am and as late as 8:00 pm (depending on location). Please look at the schedule tab to see our cities/regions class schedules.

At Survivor Bootcamp we work with the individual as much as we work with the group. No one gets left behind and no one is expected to work at a pace that puts them at risk for injury. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. We ask that you always listen to your body, rest if you feel overwhelmed and make your goal to be able to complete the sets or activities if you cannot. We will make sure you feel challenged in a safe environment.
At Survivor Bootcamp, we work in a team setting, but focus on our own individual needs. Every workout will be different and you will find that you perform better with some activities than others. We guide and help you focus on any weaknesses to overcome them and make them your strengths. Every movement and exercise in our program can be modified to be super easy and super tough. We encourage you to speak up and ask for help. If you ask you will always receive help and support, that’s what our instructors are there for.
At Survivor Bootcamp we do light jogs for warm up and locomotion drills to keep your heart rate up. So be ready for cardio drills, but we will not be running long distances.
At Survivor Bootcamp we accommodate all fitness levels. If we see you stand out in the group as the superman (or woman) that you are, be ready for us not to let up on you. It doesn’t matter who you are, we will challenge you to your fullest potential.
Virtually all of the activities at Survivor Bootcamp may be modified around an injury, but it really depends on the nature, severity, and phase of injury. Please contact us prior to enrollment to discuss the nature of the injury and we can determine if this program is right for you.

While we are friendly, this will be work. The question is this – do you want results? If you can answer a resounding YES to that question, then this is for you! You can expect out of our program what you put into it, so the answer is – it is as hard as you make it!.
We operate year round. Bootcamp stops for nothing! In some locations, indoor venues are used due to weather that is not entirely conducive to working out in the great outdoors. We do endeavour to be outside as much as possible.
No – we are nothing like the military at all and you will not be yelled at. We like to have FUN and get FIT all at the same time. This will not be easy. It certainly will be a challenge, but we are not here to destroy you. We cater to all levels of fitness and we do that well.
If you cannot make a class, please call your contact at Survivor Bootcamp or email your trainer by logging into your account a select ‘send message to trainer’. This is Bootcamp. We workout in all kinds of weather. Classes are rarely canceled. Please make sure you dress for the weather. If you miss a class for weather reasons, Survivor Bootcamp does not provide a credit.
At Survivor Bootcamp we ask that you bring a yoga mat and a set of 5-8 lbs weights. We will supply the rest!
This should never happen, because we all know what time class starts but, if it does, rest assured you will not be kicked out. You might have to do fifty burpees though, so try not to be late. Being on time is a courtesy for your workout mates and your trainer.
Basically, we flog all the new recruits while all of the returnees stand around and laugh. Ok, it’s really nothing like that. The first day is relatively mild, except we will walk through a basic fitness test, and a few of the other basics of bootcamp. Then, we will work out
